Recent "Pink In The Rink" Raised Money For Cancer

The recent 2nd Annual Pink In the Rink Weekend Fun for Northview/ComstockPark/Sparta Hockey brought many players to the rink recently at Griffin Ice House. The team said they had a fabulous time raising money for a great cause and watching some stellar hockey games! Money was raised for the American Cancer Society through silent auctions, raffles and Pink in the Rink apparel. The items included a signed photo by hockey players Darren McCarty and Claude Lemieux from the year they won the Stanley Cup 2007-2008. They also showed off some sports memorabilia, and commemorative shirts at the event. If you'd still like a t-shirt in pink or black from the event, they are available for $10.
