ALPINE TOWNSHIP, Mich.— The developer planning to open a Tim Hortons in Alpine Township wants to alter its plans for 4235 Alpine Ave.
A public hearing is set for Thursday, July 17 to discuss the modifications Visser Brothers Inc. is asking for. The company wants to delay a north/south service drive and a portion of the east/west private road previously called for in the development plans. The planning commission previously approved the plan, on the condition that Visser Brothers reached an agreement with nearby businesses about street access, and change the site plan accordingly.
The development is expected to include 2,489-square-foot Tim Hortons restaurant with a drive through, as well as a 3,510-square-foot Sleep Doctor Mattress Store.
