Doing What They Do Best: Belmont Pizza Joint Feeds the Hungry

Comstock Park, Mich. - Restaurateur Tony Griffin, owner of B.C. Pizza Belmont, isn’t timid about telling people how great his food is. “Our gourmet pizza selection is untouchable —” he says “— Greek-Mediterranean pizza, Southwest Portabella and Steak, and the fan favorite Chicken Parmazeti, just to name a few. What we learned is that these ambitious women have had an amazing and colorful culinary history. They share formal culinary training, yet they also learned the emotion of cooking from their extended family members (mothers, grandmothers, fathers, mothers-in-law and fathers-in-law) who taught them about food passed down from generation to generation.
